Knixxen Out is a Canadian hip-hop duo made up of Alberta artists K.O and Vixxen, known for blending high-energy records with real, relatable storytelling. Their sound crosses hip-hop, R&B, and pop—balancing catchy, feel-good tracks with deeper themes like confidence, comparison, relationships, and personal growth.
The duo first connected through music, introduced by a mutual tattoo artist after Vixxen released a Tech N9ne cover that caught K.O’s attention. What started as a collaboration quickly revealed both creative chemistry and a personal connection, eventually evolving into a partnership in both music and life.
Their first track together, “Temptations,” marked the beginning of Knixxen Out’s sound. Momentum built quickly, with their single “Pour Up” landing a Chevrolet-sponsored video and helping launch a run of live shows across Western Canada. By 2019, the duo had performed over 50 shows, building a strong grassroots fanbase before live events paused.
In 2023, Knixxen Out released their debut duo project Aftershock—a polished, genre-blending album that showcases their growth, versatility, and commitment to quality. Alongside this, Vixxen’s solo EP This Is Me highlighted her individual strength as an artist, earning over 160,000 streams.
With Vixxen’s distinctive presence and K.O’s sharp delivery and creative direction, Knixxen Out continues to evolve—creating music rooted in real life while pushing toward a wider audience with each release.
