'Knixxen Out' is a Canadian Hip Hop duo, also known individually as K.O x Vixxen. They met in 2015 and started writing and recording music together. Not long after meeting one another, they felt a compelling connection, feeding off each others energy, making powerful and dynamic music.
'Down This Road' was their first album release as K.O x Vixxen, in January of 2019. The album featured their first released single in September of 2017, 'Pour Up’, which gained momentum for their music careers.
Not long after releasing 'Down This Road', they performed at many different venues, finishing out the year with over 50 shows. K.O x Vixxen have performed in multiple cities all over Western Canada, opening up for legends La Coka Nostra, Merkules, and Madchild, to name a few.
In November of 2019, K.O released his second solo album, 'The Rebirth', with 13 songs and multiple features. To date, it has accumulated over 55,000 streams.
Following the release of K.O’s solo album, in April of 2020, Vixxen released her first solo EP, 'This Is Me', featuring 6 songs. The E.P was a nice personal touch to show the fans who she really is. It features a lyric video and music video for both ‘Feelin’ Me’ and ‘This Is Me’. To date, it has accumulated over 165,000 streams.
K.O x Vixxen continued to release a handful of singles during the pandemic in 2020, including 'Phantom’, 'Pandemic', and 'Summer Vibez'. They started off 2021 with a bang, releasing their new single ‘Go to Sleep’, which talks about dealing with depression. They continued to ride off that momentum releasing multiple singles and features in 2021, including ‘Lockdown’, a music video for the summer smash ‘Gimme That', and their latest release and the last one of 2021, “All Night”. With the help of Edmonton underground hip hop legend ‘Sonik’, they launched their new website, which came fully stocked with a new line of merch, in late 2021. Knixxen Out also got to take the stage for the first time since covid started, by performing at the ‘Inter-Sect Festival’ in August 2021. All of this is the lead up to their new studio album and the follow up to ‘Down This Road’, titled ‘Aftershock’.
